Why I Decided to Teach This Method

I have always had an interest in sports. When I started to develop my professional career, I still found myself hitting the gym a lot. As I crossed the age of 30, I noticed something interesting. People around me began asking how I managed to keep improving my physique while still enjoying such flexibility (fun, drinks, holidays and so on). Next to that, I currently have a busy career in the field of Real Estate and before that as an IT consultant. Some of them started asking for tips, which then led to coaching requests.

While coaching, I quickly noticed two things.
The first thing I noticed:
Just providing an effective strength training program wasn't enough. Many people lack the intrinsic drive to truly train hard enough for muscle growth and half-ass many workouts, especially when tired.

Training hard enough means: strive to challenge the muscles a bit harder than the week or month before, which is what leads to growth. That is “progressive overload'' and proven to be one of the most important things for muscle growth.

Training close to failure always came natural to me, but I realized that often, others needed encouragement as they would slack on their last (crucial!!) repetitions. This is exactly why people often run into a plateau, the well known ‘’I work out 4 times a week but can’t increase my weights’’. To address this, I designed an exercise program for beginners and advanced clients alike, incorporating gamified tracking. This system ensures progress in workouts is visible, not just to the coach (me), but more importantly, to the individuals themselves. When I applied this to myself, funnily enough, also my own results took a steep curve to the upside. It really is a lot of fun. Someone I coached described how he experienced a new form of excitement for his workouts simply by looking at the ''numbers he wanted to beat''. Adding a clear goal to his workouts. Those following this method, including me, started making very serious gains, some even doubling the weights they were using within three months. To be fair, this success was not only due to strength growth but also because this method pushes them to train all parts of their body hard, including the often-neglected legs, to their maximum capacity. When we don’t like something, we just tend to train accordingly: less hard. This method forbids that.

The second thing I noticed
was the importance of nutrition. I standardized mainly protein intake because I didn't enjoy counting calories, carbs, protein, and fats. I also incorporated generally accepted guidelines for my health regarding vegetables, fruits, whole foods and adjusted everything else intuitively based on fat gain or stagnating strength increases.
This approach allows for a lot of flexibility while also achieving serious gains. Counting calories and tracking every gram of protein will also lead to very good result. However, for many of us, this isn't a pleasant and sustainable lifestyle. My approach makes significant muscle growth a lot more attainable for people who can't obsess over working out and food. It allows them to get those bigger arms they are looking for, get that puffed up chest, to feel energized and strong.

There are so many benefits to strength training: You feel confident every time you look in the mirror. You feel strong, it alleviates office strains from all the sitting down we do. It supports cognitive health, fortifies your bones, muscles and tendons. Basically it slows down certain effects of aging And much more!

This is why I started the whole thing. I wanted to share a way of working out that works not just for elite athletes but also for people with busy lives that can’t obsess over lifting but would really like the benefits of it.

I know firsthand what it’s like to balance work, a social life, and fitness. As someone who has spent years developing a career in real estate and consulting while still pushing my physical limits successfully, I offer real-world fitness solutions for the real working man. You don’t need a long-term dependency on a personal trainer—just focus on mastering the core principles instead of getting lost in the details. I believe that fitness should enhance your life, not take it over. That’s why my approach is built for sustainability, efficiency, and results.

If you’re ready to see how this approach can transform your fitness journey, I invite you to join me on this path. Together, we can make significant gains without sacrificing the joys of life!
